As a life long advocate of bodyweight calisthenics exercise... it was time to put this form of fitness training to the test.

 

The RESULTS...

 

- My fitness level went through the roof... my muscles became hard and strong and my heart and lung power returned to its former glory (if not better)...

 

- My health improved, and instead of feeling tired and drawn, I felt alive and invigorated... I slept better (even in the unfamiliar surroundings) and felt younger than I had in years...

 

- Those unwanted pounds of fat fell away to reveal the strong muscles I was developing, and instead of looking bulky and pumped like sometimes happens with weightlifting... I looked lean and athletic...

 

- And last, but certainly not least... Workout Without Weights was born!

 

While bodyweight calisthenics ALWAYS played a role in the fitness training programs I created and participated in... this was the first time I dedicated myself to exploring this form of exercise and uncover its true power.

 

What resulted was...

Writing an exercise book may seen simple to some... collect some exercises, organize some workouts and your done.
