Exercising without weights eliminates the busy person’s excuse of... “I don’t have time to work out”.
Ok... maybe I believe you when you say you don’t have time to join a gym.
Between the drive there, getting dressed, talking to people, waiting for equipment, showering and driving home... commercial gyms require a lot of time.
More time than a busy person has to spend!
Ok... maybe I believe you when you say you don’t have the money to buy home exercise equipment.
You’re probably busy in the first place because you’re working hard just to make ends meet.

But no time to exercise... I don’t believe you!
Exercising without weights is quick and effective, can be done anywhere and at anytime... all you have to do is do it!
Let’s say you dedicate just 10 minutes a day in the morning to exercising without weights... that adds up to 1 hour and 10 minutes a week of exercise!
A lot more than you are probably doing now.
What if you can squeeze in 20 minutes of exercising without weights... that adds up to 1hour and 20 minutes of exercise!
Do that for a month and that’s 5 hours and 20 minutes of exercise a month.
Ok, you’re not going to become an Olympic athlete with this volume of exercise... but it can sure help your fitness, health and physique.
Just because you don’t go to the gym or have expensive exercise equipment at your disposal does not mean you can get a great muscle building, fat burning, health improving workout by exercising without weights.
Exercising without weights can free you from the busy person’s excuse of “I don’t have time”.
Make exercising without weights a priority... and I think you’ll find you have plenty of time to get a quick and effective workout!
