Elevated Push Ups
Between Chairs

by Coach Lomax

In this video you will see a guy perform elevated push ups between chairs, where his feet and both hands are elevated.

Performing elevated push ups in this way increases the difficulty of push ups by increasing the range of motion and requires greater chest strength.

To work up to elevated push ups, you first need to be proficient at regular push ups.. with proper form!

While looking at push up videos, I noticed most people do them with terrible form... don’t be one of them!

When you get good a regular push ups, then you can do elevated push ups with only your hands (or one hand) elevated, and then graduate to the elevated push ups with hands and feet elevated.
