In this video you will see many bo staff push ups and sit ups performed in many different variations.

 

The bo staff is a long poll made of polished wood used in many martial arts.


 

 

As you can see, push ups don’t have to be boring, and with a little imagination and ingenuity an excellent and varied push up and sit up workout can be performed.

 

If you don’t have a bo staff to perform these push ups and sit ups, as I’m sure most of you don’t, you could try a broom handle or maybe even a 2x4... use your imagination!
